Imagine if you can a world a little less dependent on fossil fuel for energy. After much research a man named Stanley Meyer came up with the water fuel cell. Meyer claimed to have found a way to harness the hydrogen in water and convert it to fuel for his dune buggy. Thanks to Meyers water fuel is now becoming a reality. The process for the water fuel cell is fairly easy to understand. Water is made up of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Meyers process was close to electrolysis which separates water into hydrogen and oxygen. This process is done by constantly introducing electrons into the water solution. Myers water fuel cell system however restricts the fuel cells, causes the water molecule to undergo alot more stress . This added sequence of events produce a much higher energy efficiency than electrolysis. One of the amazing side effects is that even after long running times the fuel source stays cool to touch. Stanley Meyer found a way to use voltage or an electrostatic force so that hydrogen and oxygen could be released on demand with minimal power requirements. Basically this process uses a strong voltage to strip the electrons and weaken the electrostatic force that holds the oxygen and hydrogen together. This process is only possible because the electron flow is inhibited. In the big picture, free energy is coming from the tap water in an open system, as the latent energy in the water is enough to power the engine and hence drive the alternator and whatever belt-driven accessories. The alternator is efficient enough to run the various electrical loads (10 - 20 amps), including the additional low current to run this vapor reaction. No extra batteries are required.

Since the nitrogen component of air is not heated, fuel consumption is reduced, and higher flame temperatures are possible.
